At Oro Editions, we take pride in publishing high-quality architectural books. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have provided detailed information below about our shipping and return policies.

ORDER INFORMATION

Once you place an order with Oro Editions, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

PROCESSING

Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING

We ship orders via USPS and UPS.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for all orders, regardless of weight or destination within the United States.
Delivery estimates for packages being sent to non-contiguous US locations are 1-7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. This allows you to monitor your package's progress online.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Oro Editions. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in new condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Special orders are non-returnable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If your international order exceeds the initial shipping cost calculated, we will contact you to either cancel the order with a full refund or to provide you with the option to pay the additional shipping balance.
Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and are determined on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a return authorization, if required.
Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
Ship the return package to the provided return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow [number] business days for the refund to be processed.

DAMAGED OR
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
